Troy Roberts

35 years of experience in start-up, turnaround and rapid growth environments exclusively in manufacturing.
In 1988, became Controller of Amko Plastics, Inc.. Promoted to CFO in 1989 and COO 1992.
Hired as CFO for AIDA Engineering, LTD’s North American subsidiary (AAC) in 1996. Became AAC’s COO in 1999. Assigned as AIDA UK’s Managing Director in 2001. Helped AIDA become the #2 supplier in Europe. Returned to AAC as President/COO in 2004. AAC grew to over $240 million in sales. Served as Managing Director of AIDA Srl from 2007 to 2011 and successfully navigated AAC and AIDA Srl through downturn in the global automotive industry.
Joined Qualtek Manufacturing as CEO from 2016-2019, and observed challenges small manufacturing businesses face in the US today. Qualtek is a sub-$10 million sales manufacturer.
Served in various Board level positions of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) including Chairman in 2019.
Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a dual BBA in Accounting and Finance, obtained Certified Public Accountant (Ohio).
William Smith

William Smith is a talented and energetic executive with over 30 years of experience in finance, financial consulting, mergers and acquisitions and leadership.
William served as the co-CEO and Chairman of the Board of Termax Corporation, a manufacturer of engineered fasteners primarily for the automotive industry through June 2020, when he sold Termax to Lisi Corporation. During his 21-year tenure, he managed Termax’s growth from a $3 million family owned company to an $95 million mid-level automotive leader.
Prior to purchasing Termax, William owned and managed a firm of Certified Public Accountants, specializing in litigation support and small business consulting.
In addition to his executive career, William is the past Chairman of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) and served on the Executive Board of PMA.
He is a member of the Federal Reserve Board, Manufacturing Council and has been a member of the board of the International Council of Sheet Metal Producers (ICOSPA).
Ted Stolberg

More than 40 years of experience in finance, serving as (i) Vice President Corporate Finance for Mergers & Acquisitions at Boston Corporation, (ii) Partner at Weiss, Peck and Greer and (iii) Founder of Stolberg Equity Partners.
Founded and serves as the Chairman of the Beanstalk Foundation, through which he has led numerous social enterprise investments, including: Blue Star Recyclers, Bridge to Justice, Prodigy Coffeehouse, Belay Industries and Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition’s Probate Power.
Stolberg Equity Partners has made notable investments in businesses such as Aimcor, Alfalfas, Alpine Access, American Paper Group, Cablec Corp., Capital Returns, Inc., Central Security, Inc., Durakan Industries, Eschelon Telecom, ETL Test Labs, Microwave, Inc., Nu-West Industries, Sunbel Beverage, Translogic Corp. and The Yofam Company.
He graduated with honors in 1971 from Baldwin-Wallace College and received an MBA from Indiana University in 1973.
